Say hello to the new features in Visiba Care

In a digital company there are, just like in other companies, different kinds of people. Take our developers, for example. They can put down their soul and their heart for weeks to produce a revolutionary new server solution for our service. When they succeed, they cheer loudly and then they have to explain to us, who don't know as much about their specialties, what they accomplished so that we, who work with visual appearance and user experience, can start our work to move a button here, to test a function there and get our system to become as smooth as possible for our customers.

We work continuously to develop our services and in most cases, you'll never even notice that we made a new release. Early this autumn, our development department celebrated that they had been “cleaning the oven”. The people around, that haven’t got the same knowledge when it comes to these things, were wondering what it meant. It meant that the back end structure hade been optimized and and that enabled us to be CE-certified in october.

To be honest, we don’t know where you are on the scale but anyway, we are really excited about our new release, where a lot of visible changes are made. Read more below.

CE-certificate
Different from the other features that are presented below, this is not something visible, but we are really content with the security and quality that the certificate is proving, and we see it as a guarantee that Visiba Care is a qualitative IT service that can be used in medical environments.

Chat
During the video consultation, you are now able to communicate through text messages.

Share files 
Do you want to share a file while talking? Now there is an easy way to share material with your patients. The files are only available during the call and will be erased when the call is ended, as long as you don’t save them.

Save files and photos
Before you leave the call it is possible to download the files and photos that are shared. A zip file is created and is stored wherever you decide.

Screenshot
Would you like to take a screenshot while talking? Click on the button to add a photo to the shared files and save it to your computer before you end the call.

Payment
As an option, you can now activate payment both for the booked video consulations as well as for the drop in visits. It is a perfect way to reduce the administration and to create effectivity in your business.

Instrument panel
Before the video call, the client will go through a function test, and will also be able to pay for the video call. “We ensure the functionality of the video call before the call starts and by that, we optimize the customer experience”, says Samuel, who is our our CTO.

Title and expertise
As a healthcare provider you now can describe your title and your actual expertise area, so that the client knows more about the person they speak to and which specialty he or she is in.

Design update
When you have a video consultation in Visiba Care, now there is a new design in the call view, for all devices.

App
The Visiba Care app is here to Android and IOS. It means that you, as a healthcare provider, can be even more available to your clients. The client can download the app and connect to a video consultation directly in smartphone or Ipad. Log in is made directly in the app through SMS.

The video consultation works as a complement to physcial visits and phone calls with patients and clients. With Visiba Care, you can safe and easy setup a telehealth practice without the need for the patient to be present.
