We are constantly improving our platform; here are the latest updates.
The release notes are our most important and efficient way to communicate useful new features, improvements, and fixes to you. To make them a bit more user friendly, we are now trying out a different structure. The release notes will now be separated into changes concerning patients, and changes concerning care practitioners and administrators, instead of only being platform-specific. This means for example that an administrator or a nurse more easily can find changes that directly affect their daily work.

This is new:
Management Adding or changing a filter while searching for available time slots changes the url of the page, so you can share the link to that specific search or time slot.
No improvements this time
Office Time slots in the calendar no longer change colour after rebooking.
Office Personal identification numbers are now properly pre-filled in when registering patients in Office.
Management Fixed inconsistent formatting of dates when exporting statistics.
This is new:
Web Android iOS Patient now gets booking-receipt in a separate email, which should make it less confusing for certain booking scenarios.
Web Links in emails now direct the patient to the detailed appointment view, instead of straight to the video call. This means the patient can reply to forms and pay before the call more easily.

Web Android iOS Patients can now use files that were uploaded while not signed in, i.e. using anonymous drop-in-rooms.
Web Completed cases are now listed properly in My cases.
