Web

Public

Form:

  • Questionnaire for the patient to complete prior to or after the consultation.

Office

Notifications:

  • Options to enter individual settings for email and text message notifications in the Notification Centre.
  • Options for the healthcare professional to receive a notification that a patient has booked an appointment.

Form:

  • Option to view and collect completed questionnaire answers at the time of booking and drop-in.

Messages:

  • Healthcare professionals can pick up incoming messages and have a text conversation with patients.*

Other news and improvements:

  • Option to enter ICD codes and results following a video consultation. Collected anonymously for statistics.
  • Clearer which information can be changed in the time templates for bookable time slots.

Management

Notifications:

  • Settings for sending email and text messages are all on the Notification Centre page. Option to enter standard settings for all healthcare staff. People who are not registered users in the system can also be added to the notification recipients using email addresses or mobile numbers.

Form:

  • Option to create and adapt forms based on common types of questions. The answers can be displayed prior to or after the video consultation, or be linked to specific problems

Statistics and history:

  • Improved payment history, with ability to export.
  • New page for statistics exports. 

Other news and improvements:

  • Option to change the patient’s response time in drop-in.
  • Data for inactive patients is automatically deleted after six months (standard settings for new customer accounts).
  • Clearer which information can be changed in the time templates for bookable time slots.
  • User name can now contain the letters å, ä and ö.
  • Enterprise customers can now replace texts specifically for certain platforms (Android, iOS, Web).*
  • ‘SITHS-number’ is now correctly called ‘HSAid’.

 Significant bug fixes:

  • Unable to book new appointments in calendar where bookings were previously.
  • Exports of drop-in and call history failed under certain circumstances.
  • In some cases, patient searches based on telephone number did not work.
  • Certain data fields were incorrect when users completed the contents themselves.
  • Files could be released into the chat in the call even if the other party did not have support for file sharing.

Android

Messages:

  • Option for patients to start a text conversation with their healthcare professional.*

Form:

  • Questionnaire for the patient to complete prior to or after the consultation.

Other news and improvements:

  • The chat in the video consultation has a new design and support for automatic translation.
  • Image uploading in the appointment booking and drop-in.
  • Request about microphone and camera authorisation rights now made in the waiting room.
  • Several views have been updated to work better on small screens.
  • No warning to users about internet connection.
  • ‘Heads-up’ notification about call is not shown as the user already sees it in the waiting room.
  • Better management of notification about incoming call when the app is not in use.
  • Clearer warning message if users try to log out while they are waiting in the drop-in queue.
  • Improved search of bookable times.

Significant bug fixes:

  • Chat in video call could not be closed with the back button.
  • Keyboard often remained when the chat in the video call was closed.
  • Evaluation of the video call listed questions twice if the app was closed and opened while still in the evaluation.
  • The formula for anonymous drop-in room did not validate e-mail addresses sufficiently well. 

iOS

Messages:

  • Option for patients to start a text conversation with their healthcare professional.*

Form:

  • Questionnaire for the patient to complete prior to or after the consultation.

Other news and improvements:

  • Better support for light backgrounds in the apps.
  • The start view now supports headings and text under the logo.*
  • The video client has been updated to provide improved performance in video calls.

Significant bug fixes:

  • Uploaded images could disappear if you logged in again.
  • Crash fixed that could occur when chat was used in the call.
