Visiba Care 4.4.0

We are constantly improving our platform; here are the latest updates.

 

Hi!

This release we bring some new things for Android. Appointment cancellation has been improved and is now more intuitive for the patients. You can now also access your receipt from My cases. iOS will follow this example soon! Other that that there are a bunch of improvements and fixes. As usual, find the highlighted role below that fits you best, and read the news that concerns you specifically! It is always good to spread the word in case someone is waiting for a bug fix but has forgotten to subscribe to this release newsletter, so feel free to forward this e-mail to your colleagues who might find the information useful.  Healthcare practitioners 

Improvements:

  • New design on illustration/icon for files uploaded in a call.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed the menu shifting halfway out of screen when opening form filled in by patient.

  • Fixed users getting a reminder to log in after two weeks even though they had used the service.

  • Fixed issue on Android where photos taken by patients and added to the chat during a call resulted in unusable images.

  • Fixed issue on Android where healthcare practitioner couldn't hear the patient anymore after patient had used the chat function during a call.

  • Fixed not being able to edit personal notification settings.

  • Fixed issue where user couldn't hear the other participant if the other participant started screen sharing or took a picture in the call.

  • Fixed issue where appointment templates became available outside of the reception they belonged to.

  • Fixed issue where drop-in appointments didn't connect when healthcare practitioner called the patient.

  • Fixed an issue where the healthcare practitioner's view on the patient became mirrored.

 

 Schedulers 

Improvements:

  • When selecting who to schedule for, the list of healthcare practitioners is now sorted in alphabetical order.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed issue where appointment templates became available outside of the reception they belonged to.

 

 Administrators 

Improvements:

  • Administrators can now filter on reception in the list of users.

Bug fixes: 

  • Fixed not being able to edit personal notification settings.

  • Fixed issue where appointment templates became available outside of the reception they belonged to.

 

 Patients 

This is new:

  •  Android  The button for cancelling an appointment has a more coherent design, and is disabled instead of disappearing when it is too late for the patient to cancel the appointment. There is also a new confirmation dialog making sure the patient doesn't cancel by accident.

  •  Android  Added informative texts telling the user why buttons in the case are disabled.

  •  Android  If there is a receipt for the appointment, the patient can now download it from the case.

  •  Android  If a user hasn't answered the forms or paid for the appointment before its start, this is now much more clearly conveyed when opening the appointment in My cases.

Improvements:

  •  Web  Android  iOS  Added support for sending SMS in countries that do not support sender name (e.g. Brazil). Affected customers will see our phone number instead of the custom sender name.

  •  Web  Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is now available in the footer of the patient web.

  •  Web  Android  iOS  The number of unhandled events is now calculated in a different and better way.

  •  Android  Added tailored screens for certain views being empty, instead of showing a general screen for empty views.

  •  iOS  Push notifications for appointment reminders and new messages are now shown also when user is browsing the app.

  •  iOS  The confirmation view for selecting a reception has now been removed also from iOS.

  •  iOS  Disabled on-device storage of national identification number for log in methods.


Bug fixes:

  •  Android  iOS  Fixed redirection from link in SMS to App Store and Google Play Store not working as expected.

  •  Android  iOS  Fixed first and last names being switched when registering an account using the Finnish Tupas-log in method.

  •  Web  Android  iOS  Patients now only see healthcare practitioners from the selected reception in the list when filtering for available times (Enterprise only).

  •  Android  Fixed issue where taking photos and adding them to the chat during a call resulted in unusable images.

  •  Android  Fixed issue where healthcare practitioner couldn't hear the patient anymore after patient had used the chat function during a call.

  •  Android  Fixed not being able to use the date and time filters when looking for available times.

  •  iOS  Tab bar is now hidden when user is prompted to accept Terms of service and Privacy policy.

  •  iOS  Fixed issue where forms were prompted in duplicates.

  •  iOS  Fixed issue where selecting to enter drop-in room as representative, and then unchecking that option still entered user as representative.

  •  iOS  Fixed issue where drop-in appointments didn't connect when healthcare practitioner called the patient.
